Huntingdon MNA, Stéphane Billette, recently announced a $25 000 grant for the Kaléidoscope Child Care Centre in Hinchinbrooke. The purpose of the grant is to improve the quality of education in daycare and help four-year-old children make the transition to school.

This funding follows the announcement on March 23 of an investment of over $10 million across Quebec to ensure the success of early childhood education.

"The service providers for early childhood education share our desire to offer a quality environment that ensures children's health and development. That is why I am very pleased that Kaléidoscope Child Care Centre will benefit from this funding to continue their excellent work and ease the transition into school for very young children," stated Stéphane Billette.
